Byron Bay Cookies were recently invited to join the Sydney Espresso Martini Festival.
Sponsored by Mr Black, the event is a celebration of all things coffee and cocktails. In an exciting partnership with gourmet syrup brand MONIN, Byron Bay Cookies was featured in a series of signature cocktails.

2 Triple Choc Fudge Button Cookies
20ml Chocolate Cookie MONIN syrup
15ml Mr Black
45ml vodka
30ml espresso/ cold brew or cold drip coffee
Shake all ingredients well with ice. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Decorate with our Triple Choc Fudge Button Cookies.
