Q: Can I enter in store? / Why can’t I enter in store?
A: This giveaway requires making a purchase online at cookie.com.au in order to enter. Purchases made in store are not eligible. Should you wish to enter the draw, we suggest you make a purchase online and request “local pick up” from our Ozigo store. This means your purchase will make you eligible to enter, as long as you reside in either VIC, NSW or QLD. Please see here for full Terms & Conditions

Q: What is the minimum spend to enter?
A: There is no minimum spend to enter the giveaway. As long as you make a purchase online before 26 June, and that you reside in either VIC, NSW or QLD, you will be eligible to enter. Please note shipping fees apply for orders below $100.

Q: I live overseas, can I enter the giveaway?
A: The giveaway is only open to Australians residing in VIC, NSW or QLD.

Q: I live in WA/SA/NT/ACT/TAS. Why can’t I enter the giveaway?

Q: What is included in the prizes?
A: Top Prizes: One of two Gold VIP Experiences to SITG for two people, including:

• (i) return flights from the winning Entrant’s nearest capital city to Gold Coast Airport (OOL) (valued at $400);
• (ii) return shuttle bus transfer from Gold Coast airport (OOL) to SITG site (valued at $84);
• (iii) 3-day Gold Pass, which includes entry to SITG event, the Gold Bar and the Golden View Bar (valued at $618.68);
• (iv) 3-day GA Camping Pass (valued at $155.47); Total value of each Gold VIP Experience: $1,258.15
• Runner Up Prize: One General Admission double pass (valued at $415.91 each) with two 3-day GA Camping Passes (valued at $155.47). Total value amounting to $571.38.

The total value of all the above prizes amounts to $6,175.36

Q: Can I enter more than once?
A: You can enter as many times as you’d like between 30 May – 26 June 2022.

Q: Can I enter on behalf of my teenage kids?
A: This giveaway is only open to Australians aged 18+ residing in VIC, NSW or QLD. Prizes are not transferable and ticket holders need to be aged 18+.
