Refund policy
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened and intact we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. Please place your order carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes, dietary requirements, incorrect products ordered or incorrect delivery address. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Byron Bay Cookie Company will replace the product at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for products affected by delivery delays. Whilst we will always endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible, please note we are not responsible for delivery delays which are out of our control. For this reason we cannot issue refunds for orders delivered later than anticipated. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information on estimated delivery lead times.
Returns
If a parcel is returned to us due to the delivery address being incorrectly entered at the time of placing your order, or because you failed to collect the parcel from a third-party pick up point (Australia Post or other), please note delivery charges will apply if we need to resend the parcel at your request.
