Festive Season Shipping Dates
Byron Bay is located in country NSW, outside of main freight routes, meaning it can take a bit longer for your order to be delivered at this busy time of year. For this reason, we kindly ask that you place your order by Sun 7 Dec to maximise the chances of your order being delivered before Christmas. We will always do our very best to get your order processed, packed and despatched as quickly as possible, however delivery delays are out of our control, and for this reason we cannot offer a refund if your order is delivered after Christmas. Thank you for your understanding.
Domestic Shipping Charges
Byron Bay Cookie Company ships domestically within Australia using Australia Post and other freight carriers and couriers. We offer complimentary (free) standard shipping for domestic orders totaling $175 or more. Domestic orders totaling less than $175 will be charged a flat fee of $20.00 for standard shipping. You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout.
We also offer Express shipping for domestic orders. Express shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the order. Please refer to the table below for Express shipping charges.
Express Shipping Rates
Less than 3kg: $25
3-5kg: $40
5-10kg: $50

Simply select Express shipping at checkout to take advantage of this service. Please note that Express shipping is only available for domestic orders and delivery leadtimes vary depending on the destination state/address. International Shipping Charges
Byron Bay Cookie Company ships internationally to selected countries (Zones 1-6) using Australia Post standard international service. Rates vary depending on the country of destination and the total weight of your order. Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout once you select the country of destination. Please refer to the tables below for rates by international shipping zones. Due to space limitations, not all countries are listed on the tables below. Please contact us at info@cookie.com.au to enquire about international shipping rates for a specific country.
For orders exceeding 5kg (New Zealand) and orders exceeding 3kg (Zones 1-6), please contact info@cookie.com.au for a shipping quote.
For delivery to zones not listed below (Zones 7-9), please contact info@cookie.com.au for a shipping quote.

Byron Bay Cookie Company is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you or the recipient may have to pay upon delivery to the country of destination. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities / local customs in the country of destination before placing your order.
Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery with international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. Please allow an additional 10 working days during December. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been despatched. Should you have any further enquiries relating to the tracking of your order, please contact info@cookie.com.au
Whilst we will always endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible, please note we are not responsible for delivery delays which are out of our control. For this reason, we cannot issue refunds for orders delivered later than anticipated.
Order Processing Times
We normally aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being received online. Please allow additional processing times at peak periods like Christmas. Please rest assured we are doing our very best to pack and despatch your order as quickly as possible. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has left Byron and is on its way.

Delivery Times
Shipping and delivery times on the Australian mainland can vary depending on your location.

- 10-16 Business Days | Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania, NT, Regional & Country Areas
Shipping and delivery times for international destinations may vary depending on the country of destination. Please allow between 10-15 working days for international shipping. Express shipping available upon request. Simply contact us for a quote at info@cookie.com.au
Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period.
Please be advised that our carriers have implemented specific delivery guidelines to minimise contact, and as such you might be given the option for the carrier to leave the parcel in a safe place. Should the driver not consider the location a safe drop, your parcel will be taken to the designated pickup point or post office and you will be informed accordingly.

Local Pick Up
We offer free local pick up from our gift shop located in the industrial estate in Byron Bay. Simply select "pick up" at checkout. Shoppers will be notified via email as soon as their order is ready for collection (within 2-4 working days). Shoppers will need to show their order number (received via email) in order to collect their order. Pick up available Monday to Friday between 10am-3pm.

Returns
If a parcel is returned to us due to the delivery address being incorrectly entered at the time of placing your order, or because you failed to collect the parcel from a third-party pick up point (Australia Post or other), please note delivery charges will apply if we need to resend the parcel at your request.
