Make Dads Day with Chocolate Bark Fig & Pecan with Fresh Fig and Honey Comb

Method:

  1. Bring an inch of water to a simmer in your saucepan. Set the heatproof bowl in the other pot, making sure the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Stir chocolate occasionally as it softens. When you have just a few small unmelted chunks, remove bowl from heat (left over heat will melt the rest).
  3. Place some baking paper over a baking tray and pour melted chocolate, using a spatula spread chocolate until roughly a few millimetres thick.
  4. Break up the Byron Bay Fig & Pecan Cookies into 1cm chunks and sprinkle over the top, place dried fig over top and scatter honeycomb.
  5. Place in the fridge until chocolate is firm, roughly 30min.
