Such a great flavour combo for this winter!</p> <meta charset="utf-8"> <p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 Byron Bay <a href="https://cookie.com.au/products/anzac-2" title="Anzac Cafe Cookies"><strong>ANZAC cafe cookies</strong>,</a> crushed into crumbs</li> <li>1 beurre bosc pears</li> <li>1 tablespoon honey</li> <li>2 cinnamon sticks</li> <li>1 teaspoon ground cloves</li> <li>½ teaspoon ground ginger or fresh</li> <li>½ teaspoon dried fennel</li> <li>Vanilla ice cream, set aside for serving</li> </ul> <p><strong>Method:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Slice pear into quarters taking out any seeds/cork.</li> <li>Place into pot of water just enough for them to float.
