Triple Choc Fudge Cookie and Mascarpone with Coffee Liquor

Try our incredibly indulgent Triple Choc Fudge Cookie & Mascarpone with Mr Black Spirits Coffee Liqueur dessert.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Pour in 30ml of coffee liquor and crumbled Byron Bay Triple Choc Fudge Café Cookie (leaving some for garnish) into a small bowl and stir through until evenly coated.
  2. Place a layer of crumbled cookie and coffee mixture into a medium sized tumbler then a layer of mascarpone and so forth until you have two layers of each.
  3. Serve with remaining coffee liquor and Byron Bay Triple Choc Fudge Café Cookie crumble.
