Our Protein Plus Cookies are formulated as an alternative treat for health-conscious cookie lovers looking to maximise nutrition without compromising on taste. The range was created to deliver high protein, fibre, lower sugar and lower carbs (compared to Byron Bay Cookie’s original cookie flavours).
Does it taste like a regular Byron Bay Cookie?
Not quite, but that’s the nature of a protein cookie. Adding protein and fibre means it’s slightly denser in texture, but you still get the large inclusions our cookies are known for.
What is the new and improved recipe?
We listened to your feedback and have refined our Protein Cookies to give them a tastier, more indulgent texture, with the same protein packed formula you know and love.

The amount of protein varies based on the flavour profile, with up to 18g of protein per serve (cookie).
